Yes. If you don’t have time and prefer us to build the site for you, we will be more than happy to do it from beginning to end. There is an initial set-up fee of $250, which covers the first 2 hours of work as well as an initial consultation with the Picaholic person who will be building your site. 90% of sites are built within 2 hours, however should your site take any longer, a $50/hr fee will apply.

If you decide that Picaholic is not for you, then simply cancel your account and you will never be charged. If you’re happy with Picaholic, either let the 30 days lapse and continue using your account or if you’d like to go live sooner, let us know and we’ll activate it right away.

Yes. There are no contracts so you can cancel any time. In order to receive a full refund when cancelling, you must do so within 30 days of purchase. Yes. All Picaholic sites reside on world class cloud servers powered by Amazon Cloud. Your admin, content and live site reside on different dedicated servers, providing a robust hosting environment. Your live site is pushed to Amazon S3 Global Edge Servers in 18 datacenters globally which serve your website to users in their local region as requested. Each of these edge locations is highly available and load balanced. In addition to providing several layers of redundancy, this will also make your website faster for users as well as search engines.

No. Picaholic is a Hosted web service and we have no plans to make a downloadable version. Keeping your site on our servers means we can monitor your site 24/7, automatically update it with new technology, and fix bugs instantaneously. This would not be possible if we offered a downloadable version.

Yes, you can use your existing domain name as well as your Email. When you are ready to go live with your site, we will provide you with basic instructions on how to link your domain to your Picaholic site.

If you need to register a domain name or email address, we recommend using our affiliate company, Picaholic Hosting and register a domain name from as little as $9.95 including one email address.

No. While you build your website we provide you with a temporary URL. You only changeover your domain when you are ready to go live.

Once you are ready to go live with your site, there is a standard 24-48 hours propagation lag time. This delay is inherent to all websites (not just Picaholic websites) and is not under our control.

If you’re stuck or have any questions regarding your website simply submit a support ticket and our knowledgeable support team will get back to you right away. We strive to answer your questions quickly and clearly. If it’s a billing enquiry, you’ll have access in your admin to view invoices and update any billing information.
